Welcome to Courtroom by TLOI Academy, a premier institution dedicated to transforming the way law is taught and learned in India. Our journey began in 2017 with the inception of our YouTube channel, TLOI Academy, founded by Sahaj Arora, a visionary educator with a passion for demystifying the complexities of legal studies. Our Origins and Growth From the very beginning, our mission was clear: to make legal education accessible, engaging, and effective. We were always focused on "teaching to the test" - focusing on what a particular exam demanded from the student.

We published our first work, "The Observer," a current affairs e-book for DULLB and CLAT, on 9th February 2019, followed by the "Legal Eagle" e-book, catering to various law entrances. Our online presence quickly grew, attracting a diverse community of law aspirants eager to benefit from our unique teaching approach. In January 2020, we took our first step into offline coaching, starting with a modest batch of five students preparing for the DULLB exam. 

Sahaj Arora, our main teacher, has always emphasized offline classroom teaching, bringing a personal touch to our classes. His unconventional teaching style, focused on clarity and depth, has helped students gain a profound understanding of the law, preparing them effectively for their chosen exams. Our Teaching Philosophy is that we believe in teaching law in a manner that most colleges don’t—making it interesting and deeply comprehensible. Our approach is meticulous and slow, prioritizing quality over quantity. We strive to create an environment where students can learn without the stress of rote memorization. Our teaching style is designed to be non-boring, enabling students to grasp legal concepts deeply and programmatically. Pre-recorded Courses and Organic Growth Our pre-recorded courses feature very concise, short, to-the-point, and cost-effective lectures that save students' time and have enabled many of them to clear their exams. 

The effectiveness of our teaching methods is reflected in the over 1000 organic reviews we have on Google. We have never spent a single rupee on additional marketing, relying solely on the quality of our content and word-of-mouth referrals.

We are proud to have achieved significant milestones over the years. Our academy has seen over 20,000+ registrations on our website, with 8,878 paid students as of 6th July 2024. Many of our students have successfully cleared their exams, including notable alumni like the famous vlogger Flying Beast, who cleared DULLB under our guidance. In 2022, we achieved a remarkable feat with our student, Ayushi Jain, securing Rank 1 in the very first year of the NLSAT-3-year LLB Exam. In the same year, Meher Gandhi secured Rank 6, again one of our online batch students.. In 2023, we were associated with 14 selections in the NLSAT exam.

Another of our students, Meher Pandey, achieved Rank 1 in the NLSAT-3 year LLB exam. Transition to Judiciary Coaching In 2022, we evolved our focus to judiciary coaching, rebranding ourselves as Courtroom by TLOI Academy. Our first offline batch for the Delhi Judicial Services exam commenced on 9th April 2024, marking our transition towards becoming a judiciary-exclusive coaching institute. Despite the shift, our commitment to impeccable teaching standards remains unwavering. We appoint only top-grade guest faculty, ensuring that every teacher aligns with our philosophy of deep, quality-driven education. 

Our Commitment to Integrity and Excellence -   We take pride in our transparent and honest practices. Unlike other academies, we publish detailed information about our students, specifying whether they were part of our mock series, offline, or online batches. We do not inflate our success rates with false claims or fake ranks. Our academy is not driven by monetary gains but by a genuine love for teaching and a commitment to educational integrity. A Legacy of Learning Education runs deep in our family. Sahaj Arora also manages Purti, a school for learners opened by his mother in 1997. Our entire family is involved in high-level teaching, constantly working to simplify concepts for students. 

We do not advertise or market aggressively; there are no coupon codes or flashy promotions. We believe in preserving the value of education, offering only the best to our students. 

Sahaj Arora, the main teacher, has a rich background that greatly contributes to his teaching style and approach. He completed his schooling at Sanskriti School, Chanakyapuri, and pursued an economics and management honors degree from the London School of Economics through an international program. He has work experience in Hewitt Associates and other consulting corporates. Sahaj pursued law from DU's Faculty of Law (LC1) from 2014 to 2017, always with the aim of teaching law. His teaching style is unconventional, focused on being non-boring, and enables students to understand law very deeply yet programmatically to clear their chosen exams. Sahaj approaches competitive exams as a sport and embraces the role of a coach, treating his students as friends. With a deep understanding of student psychology, he applies his own life lessons to better train his students in their chosen fields. Relying on word-of-mouth references instead of advertisements, Sahaj has built a reputation for excellence. Over the past decade, he has gained significant teaching experience and has continuously evolved as an educator.
