REFUND POLICY

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website https://www.tloiacademy.com (referred to as the "Site"), the TLOI mobile application(s) available on Android and iOS (referred to as the "Application"), as well as any associated features, subdomains, content (excluding as specified below), functionality, products, services (including the Services), media, applications, or solutions offered on or through the Site and/or the Application and/or through any other methods, mediums, platforms, or formats, including but not limited to Secure Digital (SD) cards, tablets, or other storage/transmitting devices (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

We appreciate your purchase of a course/coaching/test series from us. Our utmost priority is to provide our students/customers with an outstanding learning experience. Similar to any online purchase, the following terms and conditions outline our Refund Policy. By purchasing a course on the Site, or the Application or the TLOI Platform, you acknowledge your agreement to the conditions of our Refund Policy as specified below.

Cancellation & Refunds
1. Prior to subscribing to any of the subscription plans, we strongly advise you to carefully review the terms and conditions associated with the subscriptions.

2. It is important to note that once you have subscribed, you will not be able to alter or cancel your chosen subscription plan. Upon subscribing and completing the necessary payment for any online subscriptions, your decision will be considered final, and no changes, modifications, or refunds will be possible. Mock test series are also non-refundable.


3. We acknowledge that circumstances may change, and we respect your decision-making process. We understand that certain courses may not fully align with your current requirements. To provide you with the utmost flexibility, we offer the opportunity to preview our demo classes and materials before committing to a course subscription. Please note that once payment is made, no refunds will be issued.

4. If you purchase any course by mistake, you can request to change it to another batch of the same amount within 10 days of the purchase.

5. Refunds: Duplicate payment
In case of a duplicate payment made by the customer, a refund will be initiated upon receipt of an email containing the necessary proofs. The customer should send the email to teachinglawsofindia@gmail.com within 15 days of the transaction. Once the refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 days.

TLOI strictly adheres to this clauses and will not entertain any requests, grievances, or complaints regarding refunds at a later stage.


Governing Law

The jurisdictional court of Delhi shall have sole jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to / use of the website or the Services, although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of any of these terms and conditions in your country of residence, country of use or other relevant country. The laws of India govern this these terms and conditions of use of the Services.

TLOI accepts no liability whatsoever, direct or indirect, for non-compliance with the laws of any country other than that of India, the mere fact that website/ App/Marketplace can be accessed or used or any facility can be availed of in a country other than India will not imply that we accede to the laws of such country.

TLOI reserves right to modify these Terms and Conditions without any prior intimation or approval.
