Password security
Maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Password and ID is solely your responsibility.
If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the security of your Password has been compromised, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account without any refund, refuse any and all current or future use of the services, and pursue all the appropriate legal remedies. TLOI shall not be responsible for any losses incurred in connection with any misuse of any Password or ID.
Refund Policy
There shall be no refund for any of the content made available by TLOI to the users of the website. TLOI will strictly abide by the said clause and no requests/grievances/ complaints in this regard will be dealt at a later stage.
Governing Law
The jurisdictional court of Delhi shall have sole jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to / use of the website or the Services, although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of any of these terms and conditions in your country of residence, country of use or other relevant country. The laws of India govern this these terms and conditions of use of the Services.
TLOI accepts no liability whatsoever, direct or indirect, for non-compliance with the laws of any country other than that of India, the mere fact that website/ App/Marketplace can be accessed or used or any facility can be availed of in a country other than India will not imply that we accede to the laws of such country.
TLOI reserves right to modify these Terms and Conditions without any prior intimation or approval.
For the first hour, you can assess the product and apply for a refund. Since the products come in with PDFs and Videos, they are sent over mail.
If applied i.e. email sent for the refund within the hour 90% refund will be given, which doesn't include GST and payment portal charges.
And once PDFs and Videos are delivered - there will be strictly no refunds as products are digital and after obtaining digital goods, refunds are not possible.
